Bill was awesome getting us into our 2023 Bronco. I had an appointment at 9am. We were a little too excited and got there about a half hour early and even though they weren't officially open yet, Bill took care of us. It was quick and easy. No pressure. Check engine light turn on my 2021 Superduty. Sale rep Sara De La Rosa took the truck to get check by a technician. A rodent chew a wire and my truck was scheduled to be fix in 3 days. Sara De La Rosa and technician where able to get it fix the following day. Thanks to them my family and I where able to enjoy Big Bear that weekend.
